Helga Blue Dress, Size Small, probably a 6

Kind of a French blue, as shown in the last picture. Very amazing buttons! Beautiful tailoring. Fully lined. There isn’t a size tag or fabric tag. It may be wool. Very gently worn, no flaws noted. There is enough hem to lengthen the dress, if needed.
