kritter @leannamhg: Were you planning on returning the Ergo carrier? I have not received it and have notified Poshmark. I apologize for the “undisclosed stain“ however I honestly did not catch it. I am new to Poshmark and I am unfamiliar with all of the policies. I believe your money was refunded so I would like the item returned at your earliest convenience. Thank you. leannamhg @kritter There was only a couple days to return the product and I missed the window. I was charged on 12/24/18. If you haven't received the funds, it is because poshmark didn't release them. They emailed me telling me they did after I missed the return window. I sent an email just now on your behalf.

leannamhg @kritter return eligibility expired January 2. Not sure why they haven't released your payment. Hopefully they respond to one of us ASAP.
