Hello 90s!!

Simple black dress with some cutesy butteflies.spaghetti strap, slit up the side thibking it is a sise small. But it is made with a spandex blend so it is as comfortable as it is flattering. I use to ROCK this dress!! Yes,in the late 90s. And its time to pass it on to be rocked on.
