Hello Kitty 40th anniversary mini cosplay dress

Mini dress from hello kittys 40th anniversary collection. No size listed, but I’d say it’s an adult small, does have some stretch though. On the front there are 3 pockets, cute buttons, Sanrio characters, and on the back a cute red bow, a hood, and mesh upper back. On the front there are signs of wear at the top, see pictures. There is piling and pulls. Also, on the hood is a stain. I haven’t tried to get it out so unsure about that. Collectors item, HTF, rare!
