This is new without tags Rare double sided with the same graphics. Brand - Fruit of the Loom I have searched and have not been able to find one like it. The front has some bleeding of graphic down the middle as seen in pictures. The back hello kitty has some spots the logo did not cover as seen in pictures. I assume this is why it was in the pallet.
