You can see the blue seal of authenticity on the back of the tag! It is a cut cloth / fabric square, meant for making small crafts like ribbons / bows, pouches, purses, etc! It is fully polyester, it is very slippery feeling, not rough but not what I would call soft either, kind of stiff. It is translucent / semi-see through, you can see this in the photos as you can see the print through the folds. The base color is bright white, and it has Hello Kitty’s printed all over! The print also has Hello Kittys bows / ribbons, bags of Hello Kittys bows / ribbons, and the text “Hello Kitty” printed all over! Super kawaii! The print is repeating.
