Hello Kitty Small Garment Bag - Vintage 1999 Sanrio Japan Kids Zipper

Gently preowned condition. There are some signs of age, particularly on the interior surface where there is some separation/bubbles in the plastic (please see photos). There is also a name written on an inner flap inside the bag- it’s not visible unless you turn the flap over which is not necessary for function. There are some minor markings on the outer surface of the bag as well. Please see all pictures for measurements and condition, thank you!
