Hello Kitty Sparkle Mesh Dress Girls' Size XS 4/5

Authentic Sanrio Hello Kitty sparkle mesh dress. striped top with Hello Kitty graphics. The face and hand are an opalescent fine sparkle glitter that don't show up in the photos. The skirt part has a fine top layer of tulle with splashes of metallic silver. There is another plain black layer of tulle under that, and then a black jersey type skirt. On the back there is a pink fabric bow at the top and a keyhole opening. Over the head for on/off. It does have pink belt loops. I DO NOT have the pink belt that goes with it. Fabric is cotton and polyester. No stains or flaws, just needs a belt of some type. Overall good condition. Shows light wear.
