Hello Kitty wrap skirt

This cutie pie is a true wrap skirt, it wraps around you and fastens with two ties (one tie goes through a slit in the skirt waistband). There is no stretch to this fabric but there is some flexibility in the size since it is a wrap style. It’s 30 inches long and never been worn.
