This mini dress features an off-the-shoulder style with draping shoulder straps and a matching cowl detail to the neckline. It also features ruche gathering throughout to hide any unwanted imperfections!! I wore this ONCE to a wedding in Vegas and received so many compliments! There is a small snag on the left sleeve but it is under the part that is shown and is barely noticeable. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home!
