Hello Molly White Graduation/Summer Dress with Ruffles and Wrap Around Tie- NWT

-BRAND NEW WITH TAGS-never worn in great condition -Hello Molly “Toy Tea Cups Dress White” -Size women’s small but runs a bit small (I’m usually a small and it was a little too tight) -Perfect dress for high school or college graduation ceremony! Could even be great for a special event or for the summer -Fitted at top with a flowy and ruffle bottom -flattering neck line with wrap around tie creating a cute bow in front that sinches the waist -I bought this about 6 months ago and tried it on once but it didn’t fit and didn’t get around to returning…it’s brand new and in almost perfect condition but has a few very tiny dirt spots pictured from what I believe to be from transporting it in a move but would probably wash out and is not noticeable -partially lined -polyester
