Hello kitty cropped turtleneck

This has been worn two times. It is from the forever 21 and hello kitty and friends Collab it runs small coming from someone that is a size medium this was really tight on me. The rhinestones are real and it’s kind of short but not really the neckline is not really stretchy, but the rest of it is. The colors on this is red, pink, black and silver.
