When hooked at the shortest section the necklace is about 20 inches. It can be adjusted an extra 3 inches to make the necklace longer (totaling about 23 inches). See last 2 photos for reference. I can make them more spaced out, put them on the inner portion of the necklace, or rearrange characters.
