Excellent condition, no rips or stains or problems. This jacket has all the bells and whistles, pockets galore, adjustable hood, powder skirt, waterproof, and is lightly lined. I only wash my ski wear with appropriate detergent for waterproof clothing to keep it that way. The size is generous, I usually wear XS in all ski brands, and find this jacket to be slightly roomier than my other jackets, but that is the style of it. I purchased this from another person on PM, and the zipper was not gliding smoothly when I received it. I used wax on it, and that helped, but it could use another waxing on the zipper, just wanted to be upfront about that
