This dress is so fun and sexy! It’s the perfect dress to look effortlessly chic/cool. I love this dress, but just don’t wear it anymore, so I’m passing it on to a new owner to love! It has a body fitting under piece with strategic cutouts, and is layered over with a drape of the same material in a looser fit.
