matanah @love4ing these actually mold to the foot really well (if that makes any sense?). I tried measuring the inside but it was kind of awkward. I got 9 1/4" but I can't be sure if the tape measure was entirely flat, I'm sorry. I can try getting a different measurement from the outside, just let me know.
