thanks for your interest in this cool dress- Measurements on Helmut Lang are a bit tricky as you probably know he drops the length of the arm holes to expose a bit of black bra or bralette /bandeau and this shift dress has some spandex expansion in the silk fabric and is a loose shift design:
bust pit to pit - 21.5"
"waist" - 19.5"
hip - 21.5"
Length neck to hem - 36"
so HL10 seems to be medium loose style or would fit a Large slim as it narrows slightly at the waist
