Help!? Michael Kors Bristol Satchel

Okay so I bought this bag from a seller, who I will not name because I’m cool like that,, failed to disclose the one problem, and probably the main reason I even bought the Bag, the part to convert it in to a crossbody is missing screws or something on both sides. While it has the handle, that is not what made me wanna buy it. And I would like to wear it at all, but I don’t because I bought a convertible crossbody to be able to be converted any time I want. I’m not sure where to look or how I could even find the exact part needed to repair jt and I hate to let it go because I love the style. If anyone who has experience with repairs, sizing or just that specific part in general please drop down in the comments. I didn’t pay a big amount, it was a good deal, but it’s basically pointless and a waste if I can’t even use it. Thanks for whoever can help me.
