Hem and Thread Wrap Dress Size Large NWOT

Medium blue and black with adjustable straps and striped trim on the blue background with black floral and leaves print. High waist has drawstring & button for first inner wrap then outer wrap ties on the side. Front has a cascading hem which depending on size of person that wears will determine how much leg is shown if any. Length from top shoulder with straps adjusted with a 4” overlap is Approx 52” on side & back. Length can be adjusted also with how it’s wrapped & straps. No flaws, never worn. Has a baggie with a extra button on label with content of fabric. It was too small for me. It’s shown on a mannequin that’s a 36” bust.
