Hemant & Nandita tiered floral dress 12P / XL

Gorgeous dress I have had for decades but never wear! No fabric tag but it feels like a soft, silky viscose. With cotton lining. P to p measurement taken flat is 23”. Drawstring under bust allows flexibility in size and style. Excellent condition, no signs of wear.
