This slip is gathered at the waist. The bodice has princess seams for a slimmer style line with elastic side waist and adjustable shoulder straps front to back. Adjustable spaghetti straps. Tiny rosette punctuate the bows at the front and center. Vintage frilly and meant to go under a formal girls dress. Could be worn for pageants or events, or even just old timey photos. The gathered waist skirt lining underskirt and tiered insert lace ruffles. Skirt is full circle, tiered, Organza Fabric Tulle, hemmed in lace.
