This adorable dress is nice and lightweight for spring/summer. You could totally wear it with tights and boots for winter, too! It features a Peter Pan collar with script "Minnie Mouse" and a removable bow. There are buttons down the front of the dress. This definitely seems to run a bit small, especially with being a button down dress. Brand new with tags!
