Herbert Grossman, designed by Cynthia Sobel blue blazer. In very good condition, has cute little bows & 100% silk. Theres shoulder pads and measures 16” across shoulders. Is 24 1/2” long with 20” sleeves. Hip measures 21”. Cute Herbert Grossman blue skirt. Has a small zipper with a little button for closing, also has small elastics on the back hip. 25” long, while the hip is 16 1/2and the bottom of the skirt measures 18”.
