lil30899 @martha581 hi, thanks for stopping by! According to Hermes’ website, “Enamel is a delicate material composed from glass, quartz, clay and slate. We recommend to: Clean jewelry using a chamois or soft cloth to restore luster.” Hope that helps!

lil30899 @martha581 The enamel part does have minor hairline scratches, you would have to look pretty closely to see them, otherwise hardly noticeable during normal wear. There’s a little bit of wear on the enamel but again, you would have to look closely to see this.

lil30899 @martha581 The metal part may be able to cleaned but I’m not certain (I’m not an expert in this lol). I have read in some online luxury forums of these tips:

lil30899 @martha581 1. Clean the bracelet with a soft cloth dipped in lukewarm water and mild soap solution. 2. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water and dry it with a soft cloth. 3. Apply a small amount of toothpaste or baking soda to the damp cloth and gently rub it onto the tarnished areas. 4. Rinse off the toothpaste or baking soda residue and dry the bracelet with a soft, dry cloth.
