sunnymills1 Received but just in a pouch. Box, receipt, care card all missing and it wasn’t even shipped in a box but a flimsy envelope?

sunnymills1 @kellykelsey0818 it was missing the hermes box and the receipt - both of which were in the posting as the entire item. It wasn’t bubble wrapped or protected in any way from damage form being tossed around or having lager items on top of it during the shipping process. I never required an envelope vs a box or requested it and everyone who saw the way you shipped it was horrified

sunnymills1 @kellykelsey0818 many sellers send it a box and also use bubble wrap and tissue paper for much less delicate items. You did neither and on top of that, STILL have yet to apologize, make it right or give an explanation of where my missing items are. A bait and switch which is very upsetting and confusing
