Pre owned, very clean-I washed it! Minor rubs at the bottom corners as seen in the picture. Body of the bag has no hole, no rips, no loose stitches, no fading or rubs. Straps and handle are good. Clean interior. Zip and buttons are good. Clean in and out and no unpleasant smell Approx 13”H x 12 1/2” x 5”D I put 12 3/4” long laptop and I can only close the button but not the zipper I think 10”H bottom to zipper closure
