Hermes velvet skirt in midnight blue

Beautiful vintage navy blue velvet Hermes skirt~ good vintage condition and it’s beautiful made~ FR size 38 but runs small ~ measurements are waist: 12.5 inches and length: 27 inches ~ has two pocket~ small area right above zipper where silk lining has come unstitched from band. Would be a very easy fix for a tailor. ~ please ask any questions~
