Herve Leger off the shoulder iconic bandage dress

Gorgeous blue off the shoulder iconic bandage midi dress. Size XS. Approx measurements unstretched length 36” sleeve 18 1/2” pit to pit 13 1/2” waist 10 1/2” hips 13”. Obviously there is a lot of stretch to this dress. I wear size 2 and it fits me fine. Likely fine for a size 0-4. The bandage dress is back!
