This top is so unique. It's absolutely gorgeous in person. Periwinkle in color. Faux front pockets. It's a hoodie! 😁 Pattern is beautiful and soft and flows. it is VERY oversized. I think an XL maybe even a 2XL could wear it. No way to measure PTP. it's about 24" long. it has a string to cinch bottom, as well. NWOT Never worn.
