hi!! I am so so sorry about your cardigan. I saw that it was in the ATL hub post office for several days, I hope that it didn't fall out and they repacked it. ?? I sent it clean and tidy. I am so sorry it happened this way. if the wash doesn't clean it back up, I'd like to talk to pm support about you getting a refund bc that's not right!!

@atucker829 hi Amy! Thanks for responding! That’s a good idea of what may have happened, because the label on the front wasn’t dirty/wet/distressed at all, and the package didn’t look too bad either . Just the sweater. Was is it a new mailer that you sent it in? Only because it was taped over from being opened previously. It’s a mystery!

@tsergio Yes I'm pretty sure. I'm going to talk to Poshmark support and try to get you a refund. I have had this happen to me before, so that's what makes me think that's what happened. it is almost like the package was lost for over a week before it showed up today. so let me see if I can refund you and you keep the sweater too. I'll let you know what they say.
