NWT This light airy silk skirt features attached lining, striped pastel pattern and is perfect for the warmer months. The asymmetrical hem measures 23” in the front and 38” in the back. The skirt has a side zip and a bit of elastic in the center back for an adjustable comfortable fit. Measurement across the waist is 14”. The skirt is marked 00 but fits more like a 0. New with tags and never worn.
