kandissb1981 @teannanicholson they are both elastic. I can stretch the elastic and measure but im not sure how accurate it would be. what size are you and i can tell you if it would fit.

teannanicholson @kandissb1981 I've lost a bit a weight recently so im not sure. I just started buying some smaller clothes and they've been xa, small or med.

kandissb1981 @teannanicholson it's a small but its extremely stretchy. It would stretch to a large. I'm a size sm/md size 7. It fits me but it's too long. I'm only 5'3.
