Hi lo halter dress

100% polyester hi lo halter neck dress with gold sparkles. Never found a reason to wear this dress and as it has sat it has lost several of the dots that have been stuck on. These should be found at craft stores and can be easily replaced. The bust of the dress is padded to maintain shape.
