Hi lo lightweight skirt

Cute lightweight hi lo style elastic waist skirt. Faux wrap look in front with a sash of material in middle of waist 16” from top of skirt at shortest point, 21” in back from waist to bottom of skirt. Light blue & brown colors. Could be worn as a bottom cover up with swimsuit. Material is not see thru.
