Hi low Jean skirt

Unique and cute Jean skirt with high low hem that slightly flares. Waist band is stretchy and lined in silky fabric. Can be worn as high waist or down low for longer look. Size is small but I wear medium and bc the waist stretches I can fit it. Only tried on, never worn.
