Hi low strappy summer dress with chest accent

Hi-low dress (meaning it’s shorter in the front than in the back) sexy black strappy fitted top, light and somewhat flowy bottom. Beautiful colors and very flattering fit. Zips on the side. It’s an XS but would fit someone who is a size S too
