Hi-Lo Blouse black and red small

Cute hi-lo blouse. Has a little pocket on front right side, decorative buttons on back, black with red stripes, super comfy and kinda see thru! Measures 21” armpit to armpit and 21” long on front and 24” long on back. No size tag.... I’d say it’s a small to medium. 5
