Hi-Low Floral Dress NWOT

Hi low style, adjustable straps, ruffle hem, elastic waist, smock back. Black dress with floral is white, light and dark pink colors. I would say fits better as a Large. Never been worn Measurements: Bust: 15” Waist: 13.5”
