Hibiscus Print Dress

Strapless A-Line Dress with a tulle slip that peeks out the bottom and gives the skirt more fullness/shape Good used condition - the ends of the ribbon belt are beginning to fray I adore this dress, but...it runs small (tag says 7/8). I usually wear a size 4 at Express and I cannot zip this dress all the way.
