EUC Sz S hibiscus crop top/ smocked back for stretch 13 inches across/ 8 “ length EUC (altered Sz M ) skirt 28 inch length/ back zip, 16” waist 18” upper hips / 19.5” widest part of the hips I had a stronger zipper added on and my seamstress added a few more inches of black fabric on both sides of the waist, see measurements in pics (I’ve circled where the extra fabric was added)

boopydoop @shannonfatale hi the extra added fabric is on the waist / hip area the waist measurement is 16 inches flat I’ll have to get back back to you for the hip measurement!
