Hiche white/off white dress

Beautiful embroidered/eyelet type look dress. Adjust around neck with drawstring (see last two pics) size small. Runs big. Fits me more like a medium (but I’m short) and can be adjusted. Just never have the opposite to wear dresses. Freeing up closet. I bought this preowned and I haven’t worn. Well made. Lined. Has been sitting in my closet for a while “, good preowned condition.
