TOP IS 28" long, shoulder to shoulder is 23" wide, bust is 54" wide, 25" long 'bell' sleeve, 9 1/2" width of sleeve, 4" of waist flattering ruching on left side. SKIRT is 34" long, 36" wide elasticized waist, 54" wide hips, 70" wide bottom width. Beautiful rounded 'tiers' on front of skirt.
