Dark blue floral hi low skirt worn one time only for winter ball. I paired it with lace top but you can also pair it with a crop top. The fabric is thick and has a skirt under. please see photo. I'm 4'11 and this is an xs, non stretcheable waist. Measurement from waist to hem is 45.5 in and waist is 13 in. Feel free to ask questions!!

Hi, it says it is 13" across. What size do you normally wear? I am 5'2" and weigh about 126 and normally wear a 4. I LOVE this skirt.
