High Low Black Coral Lime Floral Dress

This is a high and low dress from Forever 21. New with tag. I never wear it ( just wear once for picture) and I bought it a while ago. I lost some weight and it no longer fits me :( it fits bust size 36 & 38. I am a 36 D and it fits well with just a bit loose. The length is around my knee and I am 5'5. It didn't come with a belt when I bought it, but it would be very nice to wear with one. Please ask any questions and thanks for stopping by :)
