High Low Black Skater Dress w/ Open Back

Does not have tags (not sure what happened). I was the original purchaser and have had this for some time, so my best guess is that the tags were stabby/itchy and I cut them out...? Pretty sure I bought this from H&M or Forever21. This may have been a tight medium but could be a small!! Lace overlay with an open back. Super cute!! Awesome for summer ~☆
