High Low Blue Tshirt Dress NWOT

It is a high low tshirt dress NWOT. It has a large scoop neck with a small pocket on the top front for looks. It has a crisscross back. The bottom half of the back will sit above your butt. It is fitted down to the hips. It is a large but fits medium and large. It is stretchy and cobalt blue. It has never been worn. It is thin so slightly sheer.... just the top part where you could wear a crisscross bra or no straps bra or larger pasties. No spots just mirror needs wiped off. Any questions ask
