High Low Skirt

Asymmetrical high low skirt, with black underlining. Dark blue in color with lighter blue flower design. Tag has worn out, but it seems to be about a medium/large in size. Stretchy waistband in back, non stretchy waistband in front. Unsure of exact materials.
