High Low White and Floral Dress

High Low white lace top and floral bottom dress with brown belt. Only worn a couple times for a couple hours at a time. There is no size tag, fits like a 1X. Will happily send measurements upon request. There looks like there may be some slight discoloration in the lace part, it could also be the lighting enhancing it. It’s not as noticeable in person, the dress is older, from 2010.
