High Neck velvet dress

One of my faves! sad to see it go! This dress fits lovely and the colors are beautiful. The pics do not do it justice! The detail is a maroon velvet like material and the cloth under is navy. This dress does not have lining under it but the velvet pattern does a great job hiding everything underneath.
