High Quality Kimono Shawl Cloak Blouse Silk? Japan? Handmade Geometric Floral

Very well made kimono top. No tags, fabric does feel like silk but it could be polyester. I couldn't find an exact provenance online! Almost mint condition, there is a small smattering of white spots on the left sleeve, I am pointing to them in the pics, it doesn't detract from the piece to me but they are there just FYI. Has a "tie" in the front to hold it closed, very simple just twists into place. Lying flat, the bust measures 22 inches pit to pit, length is 31 inches and the length of the kimono sleeve from top to bottom is 17 inches.
